Facilitation

Independent facilitation transforms the effectiveness and efficiency of people working together. At Perago our combined experience exceeds 20 years and thousands of events across a range of sectors in the UK and internationally.

Our facilitation service provides end to end support to improve meetings and workshops. We work with clients to clearly define objectives, design a suitable process or intervention and provide facilitation of the meetings or workshops. Follow up with the workshop owner enables maximum benefit to be derived from the activity.

If required, collaborative technology can be employed which enables simultaneous, anonymous input from delegates using meeting tools on a network of wireless laptops. Ideal for larger groups, raising and gaining consensus on sensitive or contentious issues, and for genuinely creative brainstorms.

We have experience of facilitating groups of 2 to 200+ using a wide range of tools and techniques.
